Hermès Production Planning Assistant (Apprenticeship)

1. Support the scheduling team in daily production planning and follow-up for women's ready-to-wear.
2. Manage relationships with external ateliers and internal manufacturing and procurement contacts.
3. Analyse and dispatch materials and component allocations from control centres and the logistics warehouse to ensure on-time production starts at partner sites.
4. Update and monitor delivery schedules in collaboration with external partners and the scheduling team.
5. Coordinate and follow up on inbound reception discrepancies with the logistics service provider.
6. Coordinate billing anomalies with the Finance Department.
7. Develop and maintain coordination tools and production reporting.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme (Master's level) and seeking an apprenticeship/alternance contract.
2. Strong interest in production management or supply chain operations.
3. Proven rigor, organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation and client-focused mindset.
5. Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Open to beginners; candidates are expected to be current students seeking an alternance/apprenticeship and willing to learn operational production scheduling within a luxury ready-to-wear industrial environment.

Enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme (Master's level) in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, operations management or a related discipline.
