Hermès New Product Coordinator

Hermès Manufacture de Métaux (HMM) is the specialised manufacturing arm of Hermès responsible for high‑precision metal fittings, jewellery components and ornamental metalwork supplied to the Maison. Part of the Hermès group, HMM combines artisanal savoir‑faire and advanced metalworking technologies across multiple European production sites to serve luxury leather goods, accessories and ready‑to‑wear collections.

1. Act as primary contact for internal and external clients, building durable relationships and responding to requests with speed and reliability.
2. Coordinate end‑to‑end development projects from prototyping through to risk inventory clearance and AAR deliveries, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
3. Collaborate closely with central and on‑site technical teams and the commercial referents to gather product requirements and plan project schedules.
4. Drive cross‑functional alignment by communicating priorities, circulating information among stakeholders and challenging delivery timelines with sites and Supply Chain.
5. Support project launches on sites and oversee administrative project management tasks, including documentation and routing.
6. Prepare and maintain budgetary reporting, monitor portfolio revenue evolution, and produce materials for internal and client decision instances (modelario, collection reviews).
7. Identify collection‑specific risks in partnership with other functions and propose process improvements to mitigate production or delivery issues.

1. University diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Customer Service or a related discipline.
2. Minimum three years' experience in project coordination or product development, with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven ability to manage client relationships.
4. Strong collaborative mindset with capacity to work autonomously and to lead cross‑functional coordination.
5. Proficient with IT tools and project management software; comfortable operating within ERP environments.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management or coordination within product development, ideally with exposure to both business‑to‑business and business‑to‑consumer contexts.

University degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Customer Service or equivalent.
