Hermès Management Control Assistant (Apprenticeship)

- Produce monthly activity reporting for inter‑business transfers and contribute to the Division’s monthly dashboard.
- Support month‑end closing tasks and contribute to financial reconciliations and analyses.
- Coordinate inventory processes: animate inventory cycles, monitor campaigns and provide operational support to manufacturing sites.
- Value and analyse stock movements; track non‑qualitative inventories, production rejects and training items that are not for resale.
- Monitor indicators of stock impairment and participate in Finance‑led stock operations.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of cost‑price calculations for recurrent references and new products; analyse multi‑year cost evolutions.
- Compare estimated versus actual costs and perform variance analyses.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc financial studies, update pricing/tariff data and participate in Finance IT projects.
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent finance/accounting/management programme (Bachelor or Master level).
- First successful internship in management control or audit is highly advantageous; beginners accepted.
- Strong numerical rigour with demonstrated analytical and synthesis skills.
- Autonomous, curious, proactive and able to propose improvements.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and a strong appetite for information systems; ability to work with ERP/reporting tools.
