Hermès IT Data / Finance Project Assistant (Apprenticeship)

1. Support implementation and evolution of EPM Planning Analytics applications, from configuration to deployment.
2. Analyze feasibility and participate in the migration of on‑premise Planning Analytics to a cloud environment; assist with deployment if validated.
3. Gather and clarify requirements in meetings with finance stakeholders and validate proposed technical solutions.
4. Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, including external vendors, DSI teams and subsidiary IT contacts.
5. Participate in testing phases: prepare test cases, execute tests and track/analyse anomalies.
6. Provide end‑user support during Go‑Live phases and interact with application support teams.
7. Draft meeting minutes, technical/functional specifications and project documentation.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) programme in Computer Science, Data, Information Systems or equivalent.
2. Practical experience with data observation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel and Power Query.
3. First exposure to management control/financial controlling or prior experience in an IT‑functional or data environment is a plus (internship or academic project).
4. Good written and verbal communication; recognized for rigor, organisational skills and teamwork.
5. English proficiency (spoken and written) is considered an advantage.
6. Beginners accepted — suitable for candidates with limited professional experience.
