Hermès Industrialization Projects Assistant — Leather & Textiles

- Support the Bureau des Matières on cross‑functional industrialization projects linking suppliers and production sites.
- Contribute to transformation projects for digital tools and process formalisation (project management tools, PLM, ERP-related procedures).
- Organise and manage inbound and outbound product and material flows, including archival and destruction processes and ERP logistical operations.
- Maintain stock and inventory records; implement missing flows and improve traceability.
- Coordinate and run Tests au Porté (TAP): receive physical and digital products, liaise with custodial teams, organise and lead debrief meetings, and archive test data.
- Provide transversal support during project phases such as supplier ramp‑up and material workability assessments.
- Engineering diploma or Bac+5 in Process/Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Leather or Textile disciplines.
- Candidature in work‑study/apprenticeship for a specialised Master's (e.g. IFM, ENSAM, ENSAIT) is highly valued.
- Demonstrated rigor, logical approach and autonomy; prior internship or first professional experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and ability to synthesise cross‑functional information.
- Sensitivity to products, raw materials and artisanal savoir‑faire, with curiosity and capacity to propose improvements.

Open to beginners; prior internship or a first professional experience that demonstrates rigor, autonomy and analytical thinking is desirable.
Engineering degree or Bac+5 in Process/Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Leather or Textile fields; specialised Master's in a related discipline (apprenticeship track) appreciated.
