Hermès Human Resources Assistant (Apprenticeship)

- Support end‑to‑end recruitment for artisan and technical roles in partnership with France Travail and partner schools: publish vacancies, manage applications, organise interviews and maintain candidate pools.
- Participate in interviews and ensure follow‑up of candidate processes through to contract finalisation and onboarding.
- Prepare and manage arrival formalities for new hires (contracts, hiring files) and liaise with payroll; maintain personnel file organisation and archiving.
- Administer annual performance reviews and professional interviews within the SIRH; centralise and track HR interview data.
- Provide operational support for site communication and employee life events; coordinate and contribute to on‑site events.
- Produce ad‑hoc HR studies and social management control data for Direction, operational managers and partners.
- Assist the HR team on transversal projects and day‑to‑day HR administration.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme specialised in Human Resources (Licence or Master) and eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
- First professional experience in HR or internships preferred; beginners accepted.
- High level of rigor, organisational skill and analytical synthesis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and respect for confidentiality.
- Autonomous, proactive, curious and adaptable with strong operational drive.
- Very good command of office software (Pack Office/Microsoft Office).

Beginners accepted; prior internship or practical experience in human resources is advantageous.
