- Own end‑to‑end procurement and supply continuity for gemstones within the Haute‑Joaillerie perimeter, ensuring on‑time delivery to production ateliers and finished‑goods manufacturers.
- Develop and maintain the medium‑ and short‑term supply plan (PDA): analyse demand, identify peaks, share forecasts with partners and propose sourcing allocations together with Purchasing.
- Trigger, cadence and follow up firm purchase orders derived from material requirements and production priorities; maintain weekly and monthly order book monitoring.
- Identify and escalate supply‑chain risks (capacity, lead times, quality), propose mitigation plans and alternative sourcing options.
- Manage ad‑hoc requests: supplements, replacements, broken stone cases, and receipt of partner stock into the ERP; perform circularisation (partner stock inventories) and related reporting.
- Design and implement KPIs, dashboards and reporting for supplier performance and internal stakeholders.
- Define strategic stock positions and safety stock policies and monitor their application; implement alerting tools for coverage and shortage detection.
- Contribute to projects to optimise planning tools, methods and cross‑functional processes.
- Higher education degree (Bachelor's level or equivalent) in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in supply chain, procurement or material planning; experience in luxury goods, jewellery or gemstones is strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, agility, tenacity and strong problem‑solving orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, organise and deliver under competing deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder and supplier relationship skills.

At least 5 years' experience in supply chain, procurement or planning roles, preferably within luxury goods, jewellery or gemstone sourcing, with proven track record of managing supplier relationships and securing critical materials.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business administration or related field.
