- Welcome every visitor warmly on arrival and departure, serving as the visible host at the boutique entrance.
- Assess visitors' needs and direct clients to the appropriate merchandise or team member; communicate appointment arrivals to selling, operations and asset protection teams.
- Maintain and update the boutique appointment calendar (arrivals, no‑shows, reschedules, cancellations) and manage phone appointment requests and scheduling conflicts.
- Manage the outdoor queue when capacity is reached, proactively updating clients and minimizing wait times.
- Provide high‑touch hospitality—umbrella storage, beverage service, escorting clients to door or car with purchases—and anticipate client needs.
- Diffuse difficult situations with composure and collaborate closely with the boutique team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Client Experience & Service Manager.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail or service experience.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills; gracious, warm approach to client interactions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends and peak periods.
- High attention to detail and effective organizational habits for managing calendars and front‑of‑house duties.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to provide basic local/neighborhood information to clients; additional languages beyond English are a plus.

Minimum one year of practical experience in customer service, retail or a client‑facing service environment; experience in luxury retail or hospitality is advantageous.
