1. Ensure the control of training service delivery.
2. Verify data consistency between the ERP and BI tools.
3. Issue invoices to financial sponsors.
4. Generate and transfer billing entries to the accounting ERP.
5. Monitor invoice collection and compare activity against budget.
6. Update and track the cash flow budget.
7. Control analytical allocations of purchases and expense reports.
8. Participate in budget preparation and management analyses.
9. Contribute to the optimization of billing processes.
10. Analyze data in the ERP to ensure reliability.
11. Participate in the improvement of operational tracking tools using Power BI.
12. Engage in IT system development projects and IT security initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in business school or university with a specialization in CCA, management control, or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in an apprenticeship or internship in similar roles is advantageous.
3. Strong interest in operational tasks and process optimization.
4. Excellent relational and writing skills.
5. Rigorous, curious, and dynamic with strong adaptability.
