- Monitor and track online order flow and support day‑to‑day order operations.
- Partner with the Manager of e‑Commerce Operations to define requirements and compile concepts for a performance dashboard analysing key order‑flow metrics.
- Audit and update omnichannel services, including Store Locator and Product Locator, ensuring accuracy and continuity across channels.
- Maintain documentation and status tracking for product personalization and made‑to‑order items.
- Coordinate inventory publishing/unpublishing actions in support of cross‑functional e‑merchandising teams.
- Review client communications published in FAQs, report required updates to the web contribution team and follow through to completion.
- Develop and deliver an individual capstone project aligned with professional development goals and business priorities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager of e‑Commerce Operations.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (business, e‑commerce, digital media, supply chain or related discipline preferred).
- Available to work in‑person at Hermès US headquarters in New York City for the full five‑month program (July 13–December 18, 2026); candidates may be scheduled Full‑Time or Part‑Time to accommodate academic commitments.
- Professional telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Previous operations and/or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
