Hermès Client Relations Center Intern

- Support implementation of online clienteling initiatives to strengthen personalised digital client outreach and conversion.
- Contribute to enhancement of the omni‑channel customer experience through coordination of digital and in‑store touchpoints.
- Prepare regular reports and perform administrative monitoring to evaluate project performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely rollout, user adoption and operational alignment of new online communication tools.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and support cross‑functional stakeholders as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Strong presentation and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible, open‑minded and receptive to change; proactive in seeking guidance and contributing new ideas.

Current university student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related discipline (or equivalent vocational training).
