Hennessy Wine Tourism Sales Advisor

- Deliver a unique customer experience, actively contributing to the commercial and wine tourism challenges of the boutique.
- Welcome and advise both local and international clientele, executing personalized sales across all product categories and tours.
- Enhance the value of Hennessy cognacs through tasting rituals at the bar and on the ephemeral terrace.
- Achieve set performance objectives, including average basket size and revenue, while ensuring service excellence.
- Actively participate in merchandising changes within the sales area.
- Contribute to stock management and monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce, Tourism, or Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
- At least 2 years of significant experience in similar fields.
- Proven sales acumen and expertise in achieving objectives.
- Proficiency in financial transactions and cash management.
- Effective handling of customer complaints in both French and English, across front office, back office, and telephone interactions.
- Utilization and optimization of key performance indicators and tax refund procedures.
- Strict adherence to safety instructions and sales procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural sense of hospitality in the luxury sector.
- Fluency in English and ideally another foreign language.
- Adaptability and agility in a dynamic environment.
- Impeccable presentation, dynamic and bold temperament, with strong charisma.
- Initiative-taking to exceed objectives and tackle collective challenges with the team.
Minimum of 2 years in similar domains, with a strong sales background.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce, Tourism, or Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
A comprehensive 3-week training program is provided during the contract period to ensure successful integration and acquisition of the expected level of excellence.
