Hennessy Wine Tourism Sales Advisor

- Provide a unique customer experience to visitors, addressing the challenges of the boutique and the broader wine tourism activities.
- Welcome local and international visitors, offering personalized sales advice on all categories of tours and products available.
- Enhance the value of Hennessy Cognacs by offering a tasting ritual at the bar.
- Conduct tastings and cocktail workshops.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality service.
- Participate in merchandising changes on the sales floor.
- Handle financial transactions and manage the cash register.
- Address customer complaints across various channels (front office, back office, and phone).
- Optimize performance indicators and manage tax refund procedures.
- Adhere to security instructions and sales procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce, tourism, or hospitality/restaurant management.
- Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in similar fields.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of hospitality in the luxury sector.
- Ability to convey the values, heritage, ambitions, and creativity of Maison Hennessy.
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-oriented approach.
- High adaptability and responsiveness.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in another foreign language is preferred.
- Curiosity and interest in the wine tourism sector.
- Ability to adapt to each client and situation in a dynamic environment.
- Impeccable presentation, bold and dynamic temperament.
- Strong initiative-taking ability to exceed objectives and tackle collective challenges.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates having at least 2 years in related fields.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce, tourism, or hospitality/restaurant management.
A three-week training program to ensure the acquisition of necessary knowledge and the expected level of excellence.
