1. Provide a unique customer experience to visitors, addressing the challenges of the boutique and the broader wine tourism activity.
2. Welcome local and international visitors across all categories of tours and products, offering personalized sales in the boutique.
3. Enhance the value of Hennessy cognacs by offering a tasting ritual at the bar.
4. Lead a tasting session and a cocktail workshop.
5. Achieve sales targets (Average Basket, Revenue, etc.) and deliver quality service.
6. Participate in merchandising changes on the sales floor.
7. Conduct financial transactions and manage the cash register.
8. Handle customer complaints across various platforms (front office, back office, and phone).
9. Master and optimize performance indicators and tax refund procedures.
10. Adhere to safety guidelines and sales procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree in commerce, tourism, or hospitality/restaurant management, or equivalent experience.
2. At least 2 years of significant experience in similar fields.

2. Ability to convey the values, heritage, ambitions, and creativity of Maison Hennessy.
3. Strong commercial acumen and customer orientation.
4. Proven adaptability and responsiveness.
5. Curiosity and interest in the wine tourism sector.
6. Fluency in English and ideally proficiency in another foreign language.
7. Agility and adaptability to different clients and situations.
8. Well-groomed appearance and dynamic, bold temperament.
9. Strong initiative and team spirit to exceed objectives and tackle collective challenges.

At least 2 years of significant experience in commerce, tourism, or hospitality-related fields.

Bachelor's degree in commerce, tourism, or hospitality/restaurant management, or equivalent experience.

Includes a 3-week training program to ensure the acquisition of necessary knowledge and excellence standards.
