- Collaborate with external partners to implement water management technologies at Hennessy's viticulture site.
- Prepare for the harvest season with viticulture and sustainability teams, including planning and installation.
- Monitor and conduct trials during the harvest with various internal and external teams.
- Validate protocols with viticulture, oenology, quality, and sustainability teams.
- Prepare regulatory documentation for water reuse and update risk analysis for food safety (HACCP).
- Synthesize results and provide recommendations for deploying solutions to other sites.
- Conduct a literature review on water reuse technologies in viticulture.
- Participate in updating Hennessy's water footprint.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in water management, chemistry, processes, or microbiology from an engineering school in agronomy or chemistry.
- Knowledge in chemical analysis and/or vinification processes is essential.
- Interest in innovative research projects.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent oral communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
- Passion for environmental causes.
- Interest in the wine and spirits industry is a plus.
No prior experience required.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a relevant field.
