Hennessy Visitor and Tasting Coordinator

- Conduct comprehensive private tours, including pre-visit contact, reception, transfers, site tours, and tastings.
- Actively participate in the training program for seasonal staff.
- Facilitate training and continuous education for new team members.
- Serve as the managerial liaison in the absence of the Visit & Tasting Supervisor.
- Coordinate floor activities during weekdays and weekends, overseeing tours and boutique operations.
- Provide logistical support for the tour circuit and preparation of tastings.
- Possession of a valid driving license and comfort in transporting visitors between sites.
- Experience as a guide is advantageous.
- Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Wine and Spirits or Tourism.
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong writing skills.
- Interest in technology, particularly virtual reality.
- Aptitude for content creation and layout software is a plus.
- Curiosity and open-mindedness.
- Ability to engage an audience.
- Excellent hospitality and empathetic communication skills.
- Passion for wines and spirits.
- Operational agility.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with guiding experience.
Master's degree in Wine and Spirits or Tourism is preferred.
