1. Conduct comprehensive private tours, including pre-visit contact, reception, transfers, site tours, and tastings.
2. Actively participate in the training program for seasonal staff.
3. Facilitate training and continuous education for new team members.
4. Serve as the managerial liaison in the absence of the Visit & Tasting Supervisor.
5. Coordinate floor activities during weekdays and weekends, overseeing tours and boutique operations.
6. Provide logistical support for the tour circuit and preparation of tastings.

1. Possession of a valid driving license and comfort in transporting visitors between sites.
2. Experience as a guide is advantageous.
3. Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Wine and Spirits or Tourism.

1. Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Strong writing skills.
4. Interest in technology, particularly virtual reality.
5. Aptitude for content creation and layout software is a plus.
6. Curiosity and open-mindedness.
7. Ability to engage an audience.
8. Excellent hospitality and empathetic communication skills.
9. Passion for wines and spirits.
10. Operational agility.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with guiding experience.

Master's degree in Wine and Spirits or Tourism is preferred.
