1. Collaborate with markets and internal teams to analyze and optimize sales forecasts, aligning with international client demands.
2. Share key sales and shipment information to promote transparency and responsiveness among departments such as Business Development, Marketing, Production, and Procurement.
3. Provide precise and innovative production plans, anticipating market needs and ensuring cognac quality.
4. Enhance end-to-end planning processes through system evolution, including the ongoing replacement of APO.
5. Deliver premium customer service and quality information to Moët Hennessy subsidiaries, direct distributors, and internal teams, embodying Hennessy's values of excellence and refinement.
6. Ensure rapid and personalized responses to customer complaints, maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Develop strategic and optimized bottling plans, integrating production constraints and market demands.
8. Align production, shipping needs, and sales forecasts to optimize resources and reduce costs.
9. Manage cash flow rigorously, optimizing stock management and negotiating high-performance service level agreements.
10. Minimize stock obsolescence through proactive supply policies and close collaboration with marketing and sales.
11. Facilitate smooth communication and effective collaboration across all departments.
12. Ensure information systems and processes provide optimal support to teams and clients, promoting innovation and digitalization.
13. Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement ambitious action plans to improve forecast accuracy, SLAs, OTIF, stock coverage, etc.
14. Oversee incident management and product return procedures, ensuring the safety and quality of cognacs.
15. Inform management of potential risks and handle crises effectively, safeguarding the brand's image and reputation.
16. Develop team performance and potential through continuous training and mobility, instilling Hennessy's values of excellence and passion.

1. Degree in Engineering or Master's in Management (Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.)
