1. Conduct monthly and quarterly HR data tracking, including workforce, absenteeism, and temporary staff metrics.
2. Ensure the coherence and reliability of social data.
3. Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative social information and data.
4. Assist with legal obligations such as social audits, annual negotiations, and gender equality indices.
5. Respond to institutional surveys (DARES, BDF, ECMOSS, PIPA, etc.).
6. Contribute to the structuring of HR management through the creation of dashboards using PowerBI.
7. Monitor interest indicators and calculate the allocation envelope.
8. Participate in the HR budget preparation process (staffing, payroll, operating expenses).
9. Address ad-hoc information requests from internal clients.

1. Pursuing a degree at the Bac+4/5 level with a specialization in Human Resources or Management Control.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.

4. Familiarity with HR culture.
5. Competency in Power BI is advantageous.
