4. Conduct tastings and cocktail workshops.

6. Participate in merchandising changes within the sales area.
7. Handle financial transactions and manage the cash register.
8. Address customer complaints efficiently across various platforms (front office, back office, and phone).
9. Optimize performance indicators and tax refund procedures.
10. Adhere to safety instructions and sales procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce, tourism, or hospitality.
2. Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in similar fields.

2. Fluency in English and proficiency in another foreign language is desirable.
3. Strong commercial acumen and customer orientation.
