Hennessy Sales Advisor - Wine Tourism

- Provide visitors with a unique customer experience, collaborating with the team to meet boutique and wine tourism objectives.
- Welcome local and international visitors, offering personalized sales and advice on all visit categories and products available.
- Enhance the value of Hennessy cognacs by offering tasting rituals at the bar.
- Conduct tastings and cocktail workshops.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality service.
- Participate in merchandising changes within the sales area.
- Handle financial transactions and manage the cash register.
- Address customer complaints across various channels (front office, back office, and telephone).
- Master and optimize performance indicators and tax-free procedures.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and sales procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce, sales, tourism, or hospitality.
- Significant experience of at least a few months in similar fields, such as a sales internship.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of hospitality in the luxury sector.
- Ability to convey the values, heritage, ambitions, and creativity of Maison Hennessy.
- Customer-oriented with a strong commercial sense and field orientation.
- Proven adaptability and responsiveness.
- Curiosity and interest in the wine tourism sector.
- Fluency in English and ideally proficiency in another foreign language.
- Ability to adapt to each client and situation in a dynamic environment.
- Well-groomed appearance with a bold and dynamic temperament.
- Strong initiative and team collaboration skills.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to sales or related fields.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
A comprehensive three-week training program is provided to ensure the acquisition of necessary knowledge and excellence standards.
