1. Collaborate with operational teams to understand recruitment needs and assist in creating clear and attractive job descriptions.
2. Strategically post internship and apprenticeship opportunities on relevant platforms.
3. Conduct rigorous pre-selection of candidates through CV screening to identify potential future collaborators.
4. Present shortlists to future mentors and refine selections in collaboration with them.
5. Conduct pre-qualification telephone interviews to understand candidates' motivations and aspirations.
6. Organize final interviews and participate in post-interview debriefings.
7. Ensure a personalized follow-up and provide thoughtful feedback to all candidates, embodying the excellence of the Hennessy candidate experience.
8. Participate in organizing workshops and events for interns and apprentices.
9. Contribute to the organization of onboarding days for new arrivals.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (minimum Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent university program.

3. Openness and sensitivity to diversity and inclusion topics.
4. Curiosity, autonomy, and adaptability.
5. Proficiency with computer tools.

Entry-level, suitable for beginners.
