1. Support IMH users by conducting training sessions and providing personalized assistance to facilitate daily software use.
2. Contribute to anomaly resolution by tracking and analyzing issues to identify causes and propose solutions.
3. Participate in the continuous improvement of the system by drafting clear functional specifications for software developments.
4. Collaborate with field teams by engaging with users to understand their needs and enhance production processes.
