1. Engage in a stimulating project within the Eaux-de-Vie Department, where tradition meets innovation.
2. Design and implement strategic projects to enhance aging consultancy.
3. Conduct exploration by understanding aging processes and consulting with viticulture partners.
4. Gather and analyze partner needs and perform benchmarking of existing tools.
5. Propose and develop innovative events and management tools tailored to identified needs.
6. Act as a key player in quality consultancy within the viticulture sector, with opportunities to contribute to additional exciting projects.
