Hennessy Project Buyer Internship

- Assist the Project Purchasing team in launching new Hennessy products by managing procurement of glass, closures, boxes, cases, labels, and promotional items.
- Understand the operations of Project Purchasing through monitoring project management tools.
- Participate in simple tenders and support buyers in tender analysis.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools related to Project Purchasing activities.
- Facilitate ad-hoc requests for dossier studies, issue resolutions, and coordination of ongoing or completed projects.
- Monitor the deployment of value analysis actions.
- Identify and challenge project needs, select suppliers from the MH panel, and negotiate to meet cost, quality, and timing objectives.
- Organize working sessions between the Project Group and suppliers as needed.
- Synthesize consultation responses and recommend optimal supplier choices to the Project Group.
- Finalize negotiations, contract terms, and initiate pricing to trigger procurement.
- Ensure contract fulfillment and provide post-launch support for one year.
- Report on activity and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- University Master's degree or business school with a specialization in purchasing.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Curiosity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and versatile with autonomy and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
