Hennessy Production Supervisor

- Organize and implement production resources to achieve objectives in safety, quality, food safety, productivity, and timelines.
- Define production capacities based on available skills.
- Plan production activities, including personnel allocation, reorganization, and maintenance interventions.
- Oversee activities in adherence to standard processes using relevant KPIs.
- Manage production contingencies and collaborate with support teams for agile solutions.
- Lead and motivate a team of 20-25 personnel, ensuring effective hierarchical and operational management.
- Conduct daily briefings and facilitate continuous improvement projects.
- Act as the primary contact for team communication and maintain a positive work environment.
- Support the professional development of team members, identifying training needs and implementing personalized development plans.
- Champion safety, food safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
- Experience in team management within a production environment.
