Hennessy Procurement Intern

- Collaborate on projects with various departments within Hennessy.
- Engage in regular meetings with suppliers.
- Assist in conducting benchmarks and managing tenders.
- Analyze offers, negotiate terms, and implement contracts.
- Evaluate spending across 23 procurement categories to develop optimization strategies.
- Update supplier and prospect databases using sourcing tools.
- Develop synergies and harmonize contracts with Moët Hennessy champagne houses.
- Participate in annual supplier evaluations, consolidating internal client feedback and formalizing performance reviews.
- Oversee subcontracting and co-packing for limited editions.
- Contribute to strategic procurement projects within Moët Hennessy.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field with a focus on procurement.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Curiosity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and versatile with organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Master's degree in progress, preferably in Business or a related field.
