1. Contribute to the creation of desserts tailored to each occasion and guest profile.
2. Prepare and serve desserts during lunch and dinner services, as well as pastries for breakfast.
3. Proactively develop the Château's gastronomic offerings with innovative ideas.
4. Stay informed of trends, exploring new flavors and techniques.
5. Ensure responsible management of orders, prioritizing local partners and short supply chains.
6. Maintain an impeccably clean workspace and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
7. Autonomously replace the Head Pastry Chef during their absence.

1. Holding a BEP/Bac professional degree with a specialization in Pastry.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in demanding environments such as starred restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private clubs.
