- Participate actively in packaging improvement projects, focusing on performance, sustainability, and aesthetics.
- Collaborate in technical meetings to understand project goals and challenges.
- Contribute innovative ideas for packaging enhancements, considering materials, environmental impact, and functionality.
- Ensure rigorous quality control throughout the packaging process.
- Visit suppliers to explore the latest technologies and best practices.
- Lead specific development projects, such as unit packaging optimization and decor enhancements.
- Manage packaging specifications, including definition, verification, and documentation.
- Design and formalize palletization plans.
- Support the Project Manager by handling product variations and overseeing trials.
- Monitor production processes, validate supplier proofs, and participate in internal production.
- Regularly update the Project Manager on project progress and highlight decision points.
- Oversee subcontracting startups for product variations.
- Assist in the creation of prototypes and conduct reception checks.
- Participate in selecting technical solutions and drafting technical documents.
- Manage project timelines and budgetary aspects.
- Ensure accuracy in cost sheets.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or university (Bachelor's or Master's level) with a focus on packaging, design, or a related field.
- Strong interest in innovation, environmental sustainability, and packaging technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and project management capabilities.
No prior experience required; suitable for students seeking practical exposure in packaging development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in a relevant field such as engineering or design.
