1. Participate actively in packaging improvement projects, focusing on performance, sustainability, and aesthetics.
2. Collaborate in technical meetings to understand project goals and challenges.
3. Contribute innovative ideas for packaging enhancements, considering materials, environmental impact, and functionality.
4. Ensure rigorous quality control throughout the packaging process.
5. Visit suppliers to explore the latest technologies and best practices.
6. Lead specific development projects, such as unit packaging optimization and decor enhancements.
7. Manage packaging specifications, including definition, verification, and documentation.
8. Design and formalize palletization plans.
9. Support the Project Manager by handling product variations and overseeing trials.
10. Monitor production processes, validate supplier proofs, and participate in internal production.
11. Regularly update the Project Manager on project progress and highlight decision points.
12. Oversee subcontracting startups for product variations.
13. Assist in the creation of prototypes and conduct reception checks.
14. Participate in selecting technical solutions and drafting technical documents.
15. Manage project timelines and budgetary aspects.
16. Ensure accuracy in cost sheets.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school or university (Bachelor's or Master's level) with a focus on packaging, design, or a related field.

2. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Effective communication skills and project management capabilities.

No prior experience required; suitable for students seeking practical exposure in packaging development.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in a relevant field such as engineering or design.
