1. Assist the innovation team in daily project management.
2. Participate in the development and monitoring of various innovation projects.
3. Collaborate with internal departments (packaging development, legal, logistics, production), external partners (creative agencies, communication, design, research institutes), and international subsidiaries in product development processes.
4. Contribute to brand content creation.
5. Prepare agency briefs.
6. Oversee operational functioning and schedule coordination with internal and external teams.
7. Conduct continuous competitive and trend analysis to anticipate market changes, identify opportunities, and inform brand strategies.

1. Previous experience in marketing is highly appreciated.
2. Fluency in English is required.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, though prior marketing experience is preferred.
