1. Quickly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
2. Diagnose production stoppages and propose suitable solutions.
3. Perform necessary repairs and adjustments to restore operations promptly.
4. Conduct scheduled maintenance operations, including inspections, lubrication, and part replacements.
5. Contribute to enhancing preventive maintenance plans based on observations and feedback.
6. Execute complex maintenance interventions to repair or replace defective equipment sustainably.
7. Analyze recurring malfunctions and propose corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
8. Monitor production equipment continuously to detect potential anomalies.
9. Collaborate with production operators to optimize line settings and performance.
10. Participate in the installation of new equipment or the enhancement of existing systems.
