- Quickly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Diagnose production stoppages and propose suitable solutions.
- Perform necessary repairs and adjustments to restore operations promptly.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance operations, including inspections, lubrication, and part replacements.
- Contribute to enhancing preventive maintenance plans based on observations and feedback.
- Execute complex maintenance interventions to repair or replace defective equipment sustainably.
- Analyze recurring malfunctions and propose corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Monitor production equipment continuously to detect potential anomalies.
- Collaborate with production operators to optimize line settings and performance.
- Participate in the installation of new equipment or the enhancement of existing systems.
