1. Optimize internal processes by establishing standardized operating procedures to harmonize practices and simplify training.
2. Understand and update existing operating procedures through collaboration with various stakeholders.
3. Analyze needs to identify areas requiring formalized procedures.
4. Synthesize existing best practices into clear and detailed procedures.
5. Propose, validate, and implement new procedures, ensuring stakeholder adoption.
6. Train employees on new procedures, preparing training materials and conducting sessions.
7. Participate in software training for SAP and Reflex upon arrival.

1. Bachelor's degree level (Bac+3 or Bac+4)

1. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong affinity for fieldwork and operational collaboration.
2. Effective communication and active listening skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Ability to work autonomously and propose innovative solutions.
5. Curiosity and interest in change management.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's degree level (Bac+3 or Bac+4)
