1. Collaborate with various departments to participate in the internal control self-assessment campaign, including diagnostics and action plan development.
2. Monitor action plans in conjunction with departments such as Operations, Communication, and Finance.
3. Conduct workshops and training on key processes, including document management, compliance with laws and regulations, and data security.
4. Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance within the company, including GDPR and ethical regulations.
5. Support cross-functional projects, particularly related to Information Systems, digitalization, and task segregation improvement.
6. Perform diverse analyses to support the team, including updating dashboards and conducting numerical analyses of processes like purchasing and insurance.
7. Oversee operational risk and insurance management.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance/Management from a business school or university (Bac+5 level), with a specialization in audit or internal control being advantageous.
2. Previous internship experience in Finance is a plus.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across various departments.
3. Strong pedagogical skills for conducting meetings and training sessions.
4. Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Operational proficiency in English for group-level interactions.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with a successful internship experience in Finance.

Master's degree in Finance/Management (Bac+5 level).
