Hennessy Junior Internal Controller

- Collaborate with various departments to participate in the internal control self-assessment campaign, including diagnostics and action plan development.
- Monitor action plans in conjunction with departments such as Operations, Communication, and Finance.
- Conduct workshops and training on key processes, including document management, compliance with laws and regulations, and data security.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance within the company, including GDPR and ethical regulations.
- Support cross-functional projects, particularly related to Information Systems, digitalization, and task segregation improvement.
- Perform diverse analyses to support the team, including updating dashboards and conducting numerical analyses of processes like purchasing and insurance.
- Oversee operational risk and insurance management.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance/Management from a business school or university (Bac+5 level), with a specialization in audit or internal control being advantageous.
- Previous internship experience in Finance is a plus.
- Demonstrates rigor and professionalism with the ability to manage priorities autonomously and efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across various departments.
- Strong pedagogical skills for conducting meetings and training sessions.
- Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Operational proficiency in English for group-level interactions.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with a successful internship experience in Finance.
Master's degree in Finance/Management (Bac+5 level).
