- Support the development of in-store experiences, including tasting rituals, through supplier collaboration and project management.
- Analyze retail and design trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in creating training tools and selling speeches for sales ambassadors to enhance campaign activations and storytelling at points of sale.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of retail training modules focusing on POS visibility and craftsmanship.
- Develop decorative objects and product glorification elements, managing projects and liaising with agencies and markets.
- Conduct competitive analysis and trend monitoring in the retail and design sectors.
- Research materials and oversee prototype development.
- Provide communication support, including collaboration with the marketing team on deliverables such as newsletters.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, or Architecture (Bac +5 equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar retail role.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense.
- Organized and methodical in project management.
- Proactive and capable of working collaboratively across teams and departments.

Entry-level experience, ideally with a previous internship in marketing or spatial design.
