1. Conduct a semi-quantitative study of molecules of interest related to cognac aging.
2. Perform statistical modeling using experimental design methodologies.
3. Analyze large datasets in collaboration with a doctoral candidate.
4. Model the evolution of key compounds over time.
5. Assess the impact of study factors through statistical treatments.
6. Manage and update databases.

1. Strong interest in analytical chemistry, statistics, and modeling.
2. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with JMP software is advantageous.
3. Fluency in French and scientific English.
