Hennessy Food Safety Project Manager

- Ensure compliance of materials in contact with cognac by conducting thorough assessments across all sites and proposing solutions for discrepancies.
- Enhance and maintain the database of compliance declarations for materials in contact with cognac, including packaging and process materials.
- Revise service provider specifications to align with quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Quality, Production, Maintenance, and the Design Office, as well as external suppliers.
- Enrolled in an engineering program with a focus on quality management.
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly in office software.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards, HACCP, and regulations concerning materials in contact with food.
- Strong teamwork skills, including respect, listening, and mutual support.
- Effective communication and writing skills.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Proactive and methodical approach.
Prior internship experience in the industry, preferably in food quality projects or HACCP, is highly desirable.
Pursuing an engineering degree with a quality management focus.
