1. Conduct monthly financial closings and develop necessary analyses related to the cost price of cognacs.
2. Monitor expenses and assist in the preparation of operational budgets for the three eaux-de-vie divisions.
3. Participate in ad-hoc projects on various topics such as viticulture costs, distillation costs, and barrel repairs.
4. Manage and enhance PowerBi reporting systems.
