Hennessy Digital Communication and Event Assistant Intern

- Implement the digital communication plan for viticultural partners in alignment with Hennessy's strategy.
- Coordinate editorial calendars across web, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Prepare content by liaising with internal and external stakeholders according to the editorial schedule.
- Create storyboards and scripts, and coordinate editorial projects such as reports, interviews, and photoshoots.
- Capture and produce video content.
- Design graphic and textual content for digital and print media.
- Analyze the performance of editorial content.
- Manage logistical aspects of events including venue, transport, accommodation, catering, and participant management.
- Execute communication actions such as signage, flyers, posters, email invitations.
- Assist in post-event follow-up, including collecting participant feedback and contributing to event analysis and reporting.
- Previous experience in communication (preferred)
- Fluency in French (written and spoken)
- Excellent writing skills (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Proficiency in Canva
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creativity and initiative
- Team spirit and collaborative ability
- Interest in the wine and spirits industry
Beginner level experience in communication is preferred.
