1. Assist client managers in daily tasks.
2. Prepare and monitor shipments to Asian markets, ensuring administrative and documentary management.
3. Create and track transport orders, manage overseas bookings on the platform.
4. Develop and verify export documents such as packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading.
5. Ensure administrative follow-up of export orders.
6. Act as the primary contact for freight forwarders, shipping and order preparation teams, production planning, customs, and transport departments.

1. Currently pursuing a BAC+2 in International Trade.

1. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
2. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Familiarity with Windows suite and IT tools.
4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
5. Open-mindedness and adaptability.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with no prior experience.

Currently pursuing a BAC+2 in International Trade.
