- Coordinate the revision project of the continuous improvement approach within the Maison.
- Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager to reassess and enhance the animation methods in the Bottling teams.
- Identify and test new digital tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage with diverse teams across Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to understand their activities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and implement indicators and animation methods to positively impact Safety, Environment, Quality, and Activity themes.
- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, continuous improvement, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar domain is advantageous.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and team-oriented.
- Strong active listening and persuasive communication skills.
- Interest in fieldwork and industrial team collaboration.
- Proficiency with digital tools and curiosity about innovations.
- Advanced skills in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
No prior experience required, though previous exposure to a similar field is beneficial.
Pursuing a degree in engineering, continuous improvement, or related field.
