1. Coordinate the revision project of the continuous improvement approach within the Maison.
2. Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager to reassess and enhance the animation methods in the Bottling teams.
3. Identify and test new digital tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Engage with diverse teams across Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to understand their activities and provide strategic recommendations.
5. Develop and implement indicators and animation methods to positively impact Safety, Environment, Quality, and Activity themes.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, continuous improvement, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar domain is advantageous.

2. Strong active listening and persuasive communication skills.
3. Interest in fieldwork and industrial team collaboration.
4. Proficiency with digital tools and curiosity about innovations.
5. Advanced skills in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive).

No prior experience required, though previous exposure to a similar field is beneficial.

Pursuing a degree in engineering, continuous improvement, or related field.
