Hennessy Continuous Improvement Project Coordinator Intern

- Coordinate the revision project of the continuous improvement approach within the Maison.
- Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager to reassess the animation methods in the Bottling teams.
- Identify and test a new digital tool to support the continuous improvement process.
- Integrate additional aspects of continuous improvement into the digital tool, such as problem-solving methods.
- Deploy the revised approach progressively across all teams engaged in continuous improvement.
- Engage with diverse teams including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance to understand their activities and provide business partner support.
- Develop and implement indicators and animation methods to positively impact Safety, Environment, Quality, and Activity themes.
- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, continuous improvement, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar domain is advantageous.
- Dynamic, autonomous, curious, and team-oriented.
- Strong active listening and persuasive communication skills.
- Comfortable working in industrial environments and engaging with teams on the ground.
- Proficient with digital tools and interested in technological innovations.
- Advanced proficiency in office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates who have had exposure to similar fields.
Pursuing a degree in engineering, continuous improvement, or a related field.
