1. Coordinate the revision project of the continuous improvement approach within the Maison.
2. Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager to reassess the animation methods in the Bottling teams.
3. Identify and test a new digital tool to support the continuous improvement process.
4. Integrate additional aspects of continuous improvement into the digital tool, such as problem-solving methods.
5. Deploy the revised approach progressively across all teams engaged in continuous improvement.
6. Engage with diverse teams including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance to understand their activities and provide business partner support.
7. Develop and implement indicators and animation methods to positively impact Safety, Environment, Quality, and Activity themes.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, continuous improvement, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar domain is advantageous.

4. Proficient with digital tools and interested in technological innovations.
5. Advanced proficiency in office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates who have had exposure to similar fields.

Pursuing a degree in engineering, continuous improvement, or a related field.
