Hennessy Campus Management Project Manager

- Participate in cross-functional projects related to 'Young Talent' within Hennessy and the Group.
- Manage digital and event-driven project initiatives.
- Support the monitoring of Early Career Professionals.
- Engage in transversal Hennessy projects aligned with the Group's HR Development strategy.
- Lead the recruitment process and campaign for apprentices and interns across Maison Hennessy.
- Consolidate reports related to internships and apprenticeships, including social surveys and stakeholder reports.
- Address daily HR issues for apprentices, interns, and mentors, leveraging technical expertise from payroll and personnel administration services.
- Facilitate and professionalize the community of young talents and mentors.
- Actively participate in on-the-ground school initiatives.
- Maintain strategic partnerships with target schools to support the global talent attraction strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR project management, preferably in an international or luxury environment.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital tools and general IT applications.
- Attention to detail, work ethic, service orientation, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Minimum of 3 years in HR project management, ideally within an international or luxury context.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
