1. Participate in cross-functional projects related to 'Young Talent' within Hennessy and the Group.
2. Manage digital and event-driven animation projects.
3. Support the monitoring of Early Career Professionals.
4. Contribute to Hennessy's cross-functional projects related to the deployment of the Group's HR Development strategy.
5. Oversee the recruitment process and campaign for apprentices and interns across Maison Hennessy.
6. Assist in consolidating reports related to internships and apprenticeships, including social surveys and stakeholder inquiries.
7. Address daily HR issues for apprentices, interns, and mentors, leveraging technical expertise from payroll and personnel administration services.
8. Facilitate and professionalize the community of young talents and mentors.
9. Actively participate in school-related activities on the ground.
10. Maintain strategic partnerships with target schools to support the global talent attraction strategy.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR project management, preferably in an international or luxury environment.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
4. Proficiency in digital tools and general IT applications.
5. Attention to detail, strong work ethic, service orientation, and results-driven mindset.
6. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Minimum of 3 years in HR project management, ideally within an international or luxury context.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or related field.
