- Define and execute a robust local marketing plan aligned with global strategies and market needs.
- Oversee media, sponsorships, events, and trade marketing strategies.
- Manage all marketing activities and related investments.
- Lead the local marketing team of three individuals.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with rights and obligations, and analyze ROI.
- Sponsor events and manage co-marketing initiatives in brand-related fields such as cinema, aviation, and exploration.
- Develop and implement activation ideas for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and digital manager to define media and digital strategies.
- Develop sales activities and incentive programs.
- Enhance visibility strategies in travel retail destinations.
- Manage the marketing budget.
- Maintain relationships with headquarters to attract value.
- Conduct internal and external reporting.
- Define and amplify local product launch plans in alignment with the parent company.
- Analyze and monitor the market and key competitors.
- Develop informational materials for product launches.
