- Coordinate and execute e-commerce tasks within Magento, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Support the optimization of website end goals, including store locator updates and reserve functionalities.
- Enhance the customer experience on the corporate website.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Project Leader on local e-merchandising strategies and growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage marketplaces and digital marketing activities with local teams and agencies.
- Ensure smooth operation of third-party marketplaces with consistent and optimized product listings.
- Monitor competitor and online sales trends to align e-store offerings with customer expectations and brand guidelines.
- Manage Hamilton’s Affiliate Marketing Program, optimizing campaign performance and maintaining affiliate relationships.
- Academic degree in marketing, sales, digital, or business administration.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven international e-commerce experience.
- Proficiency in English, with French or German as a mother tongue and good knowledge of the other language.
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Passion for e-commerce and digital environments.
- Experience in project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of marketplaces and e-commerce technical environments.
- Numerical proficiency and ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Magento, third-party platforms, and SAP is a plus.
Minimum 2-3 years of successful international e-commerce experience and online retail business management.
Academic degree in marketing, sales, digital, or business administration.
