Guerlain Visual Merchandising Specialist

- Implement and monitor Guerlain's Visual Merchandising Guidelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Retail Managers, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
- Ensure consistency of Guerlain's style and philosophy across all merchandising activities.
- Coordinate and manage point-of-sale materials for key launch campaigns, including visuals, planograms, and POSM.
- Conduct bi-monthly reporting through an internal platform, including photos of each space, recommendations for changes, and ongoing actions.
- Verify the design, quality, and cost of locally produced materials.
- Update and maintain all installations, such as visuals, in-store displays, windows, and POS materials, through regular site visits.
- Monitor budgets and follow up on costs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Design, Architecture, Window Dressing, or Merchandising.
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and design software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of the perfumery and cosmetics sector.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills.
- Proactivity and autonomy.
- Willingness to travel within Spain.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising and retail intelligence, with experience in managing merchandising databases and budgets.
Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Design, Architecture, Window Dressing, or Merchandising.
