1. Support the Visual Merchandising team with daily administrative tasks and specific projects.
2. Assist in developing key launch concepts and preparing APAC display designs.
3. Collaborate with Retail Design, Brand Marketing teams, Design Agencies, Contractors, and Vendors to enhance POS retail excellence.
4. Create and track purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries of regional productions.
5. Coordinate with vendors regarding material samples and oversee the logistics of sample exchanges.
6. Liaise with HQ for material specifications and finishing samples for regional production or market needs.
7. Ensure central guidelines and technical details are maintained and updated for specific markets.
8. Support technical adaptation of central visual merchandising guidelines across the region.
9. Maintain Soft Merchandising 3D Assets based on campaign cadence.
10. Support in designing regionally product POSM based on monthly launches, depending on sketch-up skills.
11. Assist in artwork updates and changes based on campaign drops using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
12. Provide design support for SPP or small podiums on sketch-up, depending on skill set.
13. Participate in trade plan brainstorming sessions for retailtainment activities.
14. Organize internal visits to competitor’s pop-ups in Singapore.
15. Support post-campaign processes for photo/video execution submissions by market.
16. Assist the VM Manager in briefing and managing regional productions with market and external vendors.
17. Support POSM shipment, cost tracking, and PO creation.
18. Coordinate timely delivery of regionally produced merchandising.
19. Work with vendors/contractors on brand’s POSM guide affecting dimensions, cropping, and production review.
20. Share monthly merchandising meeting agendas across all regions.
21. Follow-up with meeting minutes during merchandising monthly meetings.
22. Launch merchandising surveys across regions.
23. Track status and organize inventory count of office POS and display configuration.

1. High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office PowerPoint.
2. Basic proficiency in MS Office Excel.
3. Proficiency with Sketchup preferred.
4. 3D design knowledge is a plus.
5. Basic design software skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp).

Beginner level experience, suitable for fresh graduates.
