1. Support the Visual Merchandising team with daily administrative tasks and specific projects.
2. Assist in developing key launch concepts, researching materials, and preparing APAC display designs for in-store visual merchandising.
3. Collaborate with Retail Design, Brand Marketing teams, Design Agencies, Contractors, and Vendors to enhance point-of-sale retail excellence.
4. Create and track purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries of regional productions.
5. Coordinate with vendors regarding material samples and oversee the logistics of sample exchanges.
6. Liaise with headquarters for material specifications and finishing samples from France for regional production or specific market needs.
7. Ensure weekly maintenance of central guidelines and technical details, keeping specific market folders updated with the latest information.
8. Support the technical adaptation of central visual merchandising guidelines across the region for Fragrance, Make-up, and Skincare.
9. Maintain Soft Merchandising 3D Assets based on campaign cadence in the region.
10. Depending on skills, support in designing regional product POSM based on monthly launches.
11. Assist in artwork updates and changes based on campaign drops using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
12. Provide design support for SPP or small podiums using SketchUp, depending on skill set.
13. Participate in trade plan brainstorming sessions for retailtainment activities with marketing and commercial teams.
14. Organize internal visits to competitors' pop-ups in Singapore.
15. Support post-campaign processes for photo/video execution to be maintained and submitted by market.
16. Assist the VM Manager in briefing and managing regional productions for both market and external vendors.
17. Support POSM shipment, cost tracking, and purchase order creation.
18. Coordinate the timely delivery of regionally produced merchandising.
19. Work with vendors/contractors on the brand’s POSM guide affecting dimensions, cropping, and review for production and installation.
20. Share monthly merchandising meeting agendas across all regions.
21. Follow-up with meeting minutes during merchandising monthly meetings.
22. Launch merchandising surveys across regions.
23. Track status and organize inventory count of office POS and display configurations.

4. Strong accountability and ability to work independently when required.
5. High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office PowerPoint, and basic proficiency in MS Office Excel.
6. Proficiency with SketchUp preferred.
7. 3D design knowledge is a plus.
