- Support the Visual Merchandising team with daily administrative tasks and specific projects.
- Assist in developing key launch concepts, researching materials, and preparing display designs for the Asia Pacific region.
- Collaborate with Retail Design, Brand Marketing teams, and external partners to enhance point-of-sale retail excellence.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of regional productions.
- Coordinate with vendors on material samples and oversee logistics for sample handling.
- Liaise with headquarters for material specifications and regional production needs.
- Ensure central guidelines and technical details are maintained and updated for specific markets.
- Support technical adaptation of visual merchandising guidelines across fragrance, make-up, and skincare categories.
- Maintain 3D assets for soft merchandising based on campaign schedules.
- Contribute to the design of regional product POSM and artwork updates.
- Provide design support for animations and events, including trade plan brainstorming and competitor analysis.
- Assist the VM Manager in briefing and managing regional productions and external vendors.
- Coordinate POSM shipments, cost tracking, and purchase order creation.
- Organize monthly merchandising meetings and follow up with meeting minutes.
- Conduct merchandising surveys and manage inventory of office POS and display configurations.
- Recent graduate with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills with diverse functional teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and project management abilities.
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office PowerPoint, and basic proficiency in Excel.
- Preferred proficiency in SketchUp and 3D design knowledge.
- Independent and capable of driving projects and multitasking.
- Data-sensitive with strong attention to timelines.
- Effective communication skills with multicultural teams and local suppliers.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about beauty and consumer trends.
- Versatile, curious, and eager to learn.
- Collaborative team spirit.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
