1. Assist in the implementation of merchandising projects in alignment with the brand's trade plan.
2. Support the team in drafting forecast recommendations and addressing market inquiries.
3. Validate planogram proposals based on market specifics.
4. Facilitate the collection and reporting of information, including photos and data, and participate in meetings and calls conducted in English.
5. Oversee the logistical and budgetary follow-up of orders, including furniture, products, POS materials, and visuals.
6. Aid in the deployment of Guerlain's new brand identity, particularly in the makeup sector.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or equivalent university program.
2. Familiarity with the luxury goods sector, particularly in perfumes and cosmetics.
3. Proficient in English for daily email and phone communications.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business or a related field.
