- Assist in the implementation of merchandising projects in alignment with the brand's Trade Plan.
- Support the team in drafting forecast recommendations and addressing market inquiries.
- Validate planogram proposals tailored to specific market needs.
- Facilitate information gathering, including photos and data, and participate in meetings and calls in English.
- Oversee the logistics and budgetary tracking of orders, including furniture, products, point-of-sale materials, and visuals.
- Aid in the rollout of Guerlain's new brand identity, with a particular focus on the makeup segment.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Familiarity with the luxury goods sector, particularly perfumes and cosmetics.
- Fluency in English for daily communication via email and phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.

- Ability to work independently and proactively.
No prior professional experience required, suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business or equivalent.
